Sinusitis
It is inflammation of the lining of the facial bone cavities (maxillary, frontal, ethmoid) and the base of the skull (spheroid).
Appears frequently on a trivial rhinitis of the nasal mucosa after installation of an infection with microbes, inhale through your nose, from the people already sick, coughing, sneezing, speech and kiss. It can also be a complication of influenza, the guturaiului, of measles and scarlet fever.

Apitherapy recommend:
v 5% propolis solution in alcohol which shall each 5 drops in each nostril 3 times daily;
v chewing a piece of honeycomb with honey (15 minutes per day) and daily consumption of 2 tablespoons of honeycomb lids for 3 days consecutively.
Diet
Recommend at least 2-3 days fasting completely, only liquid form of juices and teas anti-inflammatory, with chamomile and thyme, with the role to keep moist nasal mucosa.
Further light is given food, vegetables and fruits rich in vitamin C and mineral salts (diluted lemon juice with warm water taken in the morning before eating, green barley juice, spinach, cabbage, black radishes, apricots, beans juniper, germ of cereals, milk and dairy products (yogurt, cheese). It is appropriate and shaved radish mixed with a little lemon juice (one teaspoon 2 times a day, morning and evening, after which no longer eat anything for 30 minutes).
Restrict the animal fats and meats, potatoes, white bread, jams, chili spices and vinegar.
Conditions of life
